CALL Funds Holy Cross High School Scholarships

January 13, 2009

Today, CALL board member Misael Guerra presented a scholarship check in the amount of $20,000 to Holy Cross High School in San Antonio.

Holy Cross offers a co-ed, Catholic, college preparatory education to 410 students in grades seven through twelve on San Antonio's mostly Hispanic Westside. Its annual tuition is $5,300. "Investing in the education and faith formation of our youth is an important part of what CALL must be about," stated Guerra.

Accepting the gift on behalf of the school was Bro. Stanley Culotta, CSC, MD, president, and Angel Cedillo, principal.
